How to vote?

To take decisions in Themis' governance, you can head over to Themis' Snapshot space on vote.themis.exchange You will find the list of all closed, ongoing, and upcoming proposals for the Themis DAO.

Voting Strategy

Basically, users can get governance out of the holding of stkTMS and TMS.

Validation of the proposal

• Proposals only pass if they reach a certain quorum of participation. At the moment, this parameter is set to 320,000 TMS. Abstention is not taken into account in this quorum at the moment.

• Votes last for 14 days.

• Currently, no initial duration is set before the start of the vote. Yet, it is advised to post your proposal on the governance forum before submitting a vote. Learn more on the "How to create a proposal" section.
