Governance Portal

From administrator mode to community DAO
From a protocol security perspective, the protocol will gradually transition from an administrator model to a community-owned governance development. Eventually, Themis Protocol will be completely left to the community, TMS holders, and agents worldwide for governance.
Main Functions 
​Staking for Votes​
Gain more voting rights by pledging TMS for a certain period of time and generating income；
0.01* number of staking tokens * number of weeks pledged n=Votes；
Votes are not transferable and are used only as to voting signatures；
Votes can be unlocked upon expiration；
During the TMS staking period, the stakers will receive rewards. 
Proposal 
Proposals can be submitted by filling in a proposal form or by posting in the proposal directly into the Forum.
Initiating a proposal requires a signature requiring 320,000 votes；
If you do not have enough votes, you can ask to propose through a delegate. Each delegate has different thresholds and after meeting the threshold, the delegate will review your proposal and help you submit it；
The proposal status will be generated after the proposal is submitted；
After the initial review is completed, it will enter the code approval stage；
After the code approval is completed, the certified hash of the proposal code will be submitted to move to the next voting stage.

Voting 
The voting process will authenticate all Votes votes; the voting campaign will be active for 14 days.
The user or Delegate uses Votes to vote 'for/against/neutral' ；
At the end of the voting period, the execution stage begins.
Time Lock 
Completed polling transactions have a 2-day time lock to wait for the transaction to enter the deployment queue and eventually execute.
Process
Interface Information 
Interaction 
Access to votes through 'Stake TMS'；
Launch proposals by clicking on 'Proposal'；
Submit form content or post on the Forum；
Initiate a Proposal using the signature of the Votes；
View the progress of all proposals submitted across the network in the Governance Portal；
Click on an active matter to vote on it.
